Call me – My New Phone.

I’ve got myself a bigger screened phone.

It’s so big I feel like shouting “Hello” at it.

Had my old phone some years now and it’s stopped updating some apps on it.

It just genuinely hard work ☺.

Send people voice messages. Then I get “Can’t hear you”… “Can hear you now”

Endless checking they have gone through.

This one I have to say is a great improvement. One of those ideas I should have made reality a long time ago.

Also, being a bigger screen will help me use it alot more comfortably.

I’ve stuck with a Samsung as I know what I’m doing with it. It’s an A12.

So if you’re struggling with a phone that you cannot use properly, either through it generally just being old or have visual problems. If you can at the moment, make your life easier. I have.

More new glasses

I have been for my eye test and since collected my glasses.

I’ve bought 2 pairs so I can take a pair out without fear of losing/breaking them.

My best pair is for going out with. I will be able to read menus at last (hopefully) although I do really miss the times of having someone to order for me because they knew me the best.

I’m trying to write more often as something has come up and it doesn’t sit right at the moment, me writing about my eyes when there is so much going off around me.

The optician said my distance is better. Probably due to the detachment not being in my left eye anymore. He still said I could have some if I wanted them. But I’m doing OK without them.

My reading prescription has got slightly worse. That wasn’t a surprise as anyone who wears glasses knows when their glasses are slightly off.

Eye test appointment

So. I’ve been busy with something that’s cropped up. So haven’t had chance to write for a while.

I’ve got an opticians appointment this week. I’m overdue one. I go yearly for a check up. Last went July last year (2020)

I will have to get new glasses, as my stick? thingy has broken off anyway at the sides.

At the moment appointments are easy to get online at Boots.
