Here comes the sun.

Woman with sunglasses on. With sad face, as bright light is around her

So my eyes have done it again.

Been outside trying to garden and had to come inside because they feel like they are being scooped out by a melon baller.
It’s not the pain that stops me, but the fact it can turn into a headache. Or worse an ocular migraine later on.
So pills are taken straight away to prevent this… Hopefully.
Because the sun is shining, it’s causing problems. Alot more than last summer.
Does anyone have any sunglasses ideas that has macular dystrophy or photophobia?
I know the wrap around ones are supposed to be good but if possible would like some doody ones?
Blue light, glare filters and obviously 100% protection?
The other dilemma is they would have to be dark to keep my eyes from being infiltrated with light, but then I need to see.
If you would message me, that would be champion. ☺
But to be honest. In all probability, I will have to go with anything that can help as it’s stopping me do things.
