Wavy distorted lines macular dystrophy

Slanted wavy words on white background. The words are Something new over the past few weeks has been happening which makes me totally not trust my eyes.

In other news… Something new over the past few weeks has been happening which makes me totally not trust my eyes.
I only remembered today as I mentioned it to the consultant.
And it’s this complete weirdness.
Apparently, it’s what normally happens.
It’s disturbing and frustrating at the same time as I don’t know if the writing is actually supposed to be slanted or not. I’m supposing it isn’t.
I stare at the screen and move it around, convinced it’s not me and it’s my phone.
I don’t like it.
I think it’s just me not believing it’s my eyesight. I literally cannot believe my eyes.
I’ve made this graphic to show you, but even making it, I’m not sure it’s slanted enough because it already looked slanted before I messed with it 😕
